VibrantStar was formed because of our experience in running a successful fashion retail business (which is still running today under a different management team that is still using our services). We developed a strong product development team and decided to form VibrantStar because we believe that there are other fashion brands whom will benefit from our services. It took us more than four years of very hard work to develop a strong production management unit and we decided to spin off the unit so that we can:-

  1. Create a business opportunity to retain our fantastic team, making them owners of this business unit

  2. Provide this fantastic unit’s services to fashion retailers out there who needs production services

To tell you the truth, if five (5) years ago, we encountered a company that can provide what we are doing now, VibrantStar will probably not exist. As an experienced fashion retailer, Production is probably the LEAST FUN, MOST TEDIOUS, HARDEST and MOST UNDESIRABLE Part of the Business. OUR TEAM

We have a mid-size core team (8 personnel) that has very strong Operational specialisation - Project Management, Technical Drawing Development, Paper Pattern Design, Fit Specialist, Fabric Specialist, Quality Assurance and Logistics & Importation Specialist. Our fashion team is a pool of experienced fashion titans (retired and current) that are or had been our customers who are/were very successful - This allows us to provide you with the most suitable design style for your fashion business requirement should you need design services.

Within the team, we have:-

  1. Production Experience - i.e. Experience in running a production factory

  2. Fashion Buying Experience - Experience in buying for international fashion brand

  3. Fashion Brand Management - Regional brand management experience for an International brand

  4. Fashion Development - Full Fashion Design and Development for International brand.

It took years for us to build up this business and we believe it does not make sense for companies to build this up as it completely contradicts CREATIVITY which is the core of the Fashion Business which is also one of the core reason why we spun this team off to be independent, so that the other business can focus on the CREATIVITY.
